Table Top Day! - 30th March 2013

So we are two days away from 'Table Top Day'. This is a magical day which has it's debut this year. Invented by the lovely peeps over at Geek and Sundry, It aims to encourage more people to jump into the world of table top gaming, whether your a geek or not.

So the question is what will you be playing?

We have a few things planned. Firstly tomorrow night myself and Tashy will be heading over to my sisters house to play a quick game of 'Discworld: Ankh-Morpork' with one of her friends who is a keen player of the title. After that it looks like a good game of Relic (which I recently reviewed) will be on the cards.

On Table Top Day itself, we have no solid plans, as we are fairly busy. We will hopefully fit in a couple games of some of the Lego board game titles, and maybe a quick round of Steve Jackson's 'Give me the Brain'.

On Sunday night we are heading back round to my sisters house, to play a grudge match of Relic (in anger towards who ever wins on Friday night). We were hoping to have a good old fashioned bloodbath in Warhammer 40,000. It seems the promises I made about my 1000 point Dark Angels, being painted and game worthy,  weren't quite kept.  I managed to get through my main commanders, Deathwing squad and Ravenwing detachment, however, ALL of my troops are still in their sprues!

Because of this it looks like that a game of Android: Infiltration and Munchkin: Quest could be on the cards. These are all titles that we love and play regually. At first I wanted us to play something new or a game that we don't crack open much, but I thought that the best way to celebrate table-top happiness, is to play a bunch of games which keep us entertained all year round.
